If
you need a reservation for 5 or more rooms or if one
person will be paying for all rooms at check-in, please contact
Group Sales toll free at
1-877-899-1005.
If
the online reservation system does not show any
availability or you require special needs, call the
hotel direct toll free at 1-877-899-1005 to check for
cancellations and/or room hold backs.
Please
note that we do not stock roll-a-way beds or cribs.
Therefore, there is a limit to the number of people
in each room. Double Queen rooms are limited
to 4 people with the exception of additional
small children. King rooms have a limit of
2 people with the exception of additional small
children.
*Please note that
smoking, non-smoking and room location are
considered Guest preferences. List your
preferences in the [Comments Box] when making your
reservation. While we will do our best to
insure that your room will be as you requested, we
cannot guarantee that a room that fits your
preferences will be available at the time of your
arrival. On rare occasions, the room type you
select may become unavailable for various reasons on
the day of your arrival. If this happens, you will
be given a room that is as comparable as possible to
the reserved room at the prevailing rate for the
