Welcome, that's what you'll feel the moment you walk through the door and into our rustic lobby at the AMERICAN EAGLE INN.  We opened on April 1st, 2006 making us the newest hotel on the mountain.  Finding us is easy, we are located at exit 134 on I-24 in Monteagle, Tennessee.  Our hotel is within easy walking distance of parks, restaurants, shops and convenience centers.

Enjoy a warm greeting and cozy great-room with a balcony overlooking the lobby with a large fireplace expanding to the 2nd floor.

A free continental breakfast is served every morning from 6AM - 9AM CST.  Our breakfast features muffins, bagels, sweet rolls, cereal, milk, juice, coffee and more!

The pool is open during summer months from 10 AM - 10 PM CST.  In addition, an Outdoor Patio Area with large Picnic Tables & Swings is available for Guests to use.  Both are a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the sun or shade.

South Cumberland State Park is located nearby.  The Park offers many hiking and fishing opportunities as well as beautiful mountain and bluff scenery.
